We supported a EU-based telecom in the definition of a new digital strategy to effectively engage prospects and customers across all of the phases of their journey: from awareness to selection and from purchase to support. After evaluating and prioritising different scenarios, we collectively decided to focus on the re-design of the digital sales funnel on their web portal, while at the same time create a design language system for all of the digital touchpoints.

We ran an agile, iterative program organised in two-week sprints, with the strategy, design and development team working side-by-side from our studios. We focused the sprints on the core of our client’s offering - bespoke mobile usage plans for Global Citizens - and involved target users in the process to collect their feedback along the way and refine our direction accordingly.

In order to create a delightful customer experience that not only resonates with customers’ actual needs but which is also aligned to current and future business needs, we worked very closely with a broad team of internal stakeholders ranging from marketing to customer care to IT. This collaborative approach ensured alignment across different internal functions without compromising on the speed of the execution.
