Digitising the tenant experience
We supported Generali in one of their Innovation Labs, identifying opportunities and making ideas tangible resulting in the digitisation of the tenant experience. The focus of the Lab was to integrate capabilities such as user centricity and agility to improve and digitise the tenant experience.
Working side by side with the client
We worked closely with the client, creating one joint team as part of the Innovation Lab to quickly bring ideas to life and establish effective communication of the outcomes of the project.
We started by understanding the tenants’ needs and pain points and generated multiple ideas.
Concept generation and feasibility assessment
We made initial ideas tangible while providing an early indication on how turn them into reality through agile coaching and facilitation to produce a concept experience mock-up.
Integrating the Reply group technology capabilities allowed to make an early feasibility assessment and technology scouting and create a solid business case.
Bringing ideas to life
Moving from a defined concept, we designed and supported the implementation of the Tenant App, a portal that provides easy information flows, streamlined communication for the tenants and access to tailored services for a better tenants’ experience. As an outcome, we established user centric innovation processes to support digital transformation initiatives to provide a better experience for tenants that has been rolled out in 7+ countries.
