We supported Unipol, a leading Insurance company in Italy, in designing a new mobile-first website to launch their new venture in car glass repair and replacement.
The new platform departs from industry benchmarks by quickly allowing customers to receive a quotation and book the service entirely online.
The project focused on the service quotation and booking process, which we went to design through detailed market analysis, collection of stakeholder requirements, and an iterative co-design approach with the client.
Optimising internal processes
To design a booking process that was based on kraftmenship and paperwork to a mobile centric experience we had to redefine every single step with our customer.
We managed to adapt and align the service to fit the user needs and still be feasible and aligned to the business processes.
From design to launch
We accompanied our customer to the launch of the service through continuous collaboration and alignment with the business and development team, bringing to the market a full working service that is now being used by users in the initial pilot phase.
